If your site includes the Custom Staff Page functionality, you can turn any page into an easily updated staff page. Once your page is set up, it can effortlessly pull in employee profiles from a custom data form, presenting it neatly on the page without the need to manage the layout.
This feature is easy to switch on for your pages but can be implemented in a number of different ways. Here are some examples of where to find the toggle to make your page into a Custom Staff Page.
Custom Fields Option
If you have an Essential website, your Staff page can only be enabled using this method.
- Open the page you would like to make into a staff page
- Select the Edit Tab
- Click Custom Fields
- Scroll to the Toggle Staff Page field and set this to On

Custom Page Options
NB - This option is not available on Essential websites.
- Open the page you would like to make into a staff page
- Click Custom Page Options either above the Navigation Menu or, at the bottom of the page
- Select the Staff Page option from the dropdown
- Scroll to the Toggle Staff Page field and set this to On

Page Layout Options
If you would like to have Page Layout Options added to your site, please get in touch with your Customer Success Manager. They cannot be added to an Essential website.
If you have the Page Layout Feature enabled on your site, you will be able to choose from a number of different layout options, including Staff Page.
- Where available, you will find the Page Layout option on the page Edit toolbar.
- To change the page layout, select the Staff List option from the dialog

Adding Staff Profiles
Once you have set up your page as a custom staff page, it will pull through staff profiles added to the Custom Data area of your website.
