The DPO role is allocated to one administrator for each website. This role allows you to view, amend and remove who has a user account within their website. They will receive specific notifications of inactive accounts or items for review.
- To set a user account as the Data Protection Officer, go to the Website Tab.
- Click the Website Settings button
- Under the Data Protection section in the dialog, select the user account you wish to allocate the DPO role to.
- Click save to confirm the change.
