If the Student Report option is switched on for your school, you will be able to upload reports to be accessed in the Parent Portal. To do this, you will need to create a pdf of each pupil's report. Each file will need to be named so that it begins with the MIS ID of the pupil. Once the pdf files are prepared, they can be uploaded individually as pdf files, or gathered into a single zip file, and uploaded in bulk from the Add-ons menu.
Once you have chosen a date for the report, click on the Upload Report button.
Uploads must be either .pdf or .zip files containing .pdf files.
To ensure files are linked to the correct student, all PDF files should start with the student's MIS ID, followed by a triple hyphen (---) or a single hyphen (-), followed by the desired report name if not specified above.
Once you are ready to publish the reports you can select Approve Reports from the left hand menu to confirm that your files have uploaded successfully and to make them available to contacts.
