This feature allows those users with relevant permissions the ability to export a spreadsheet containing form submission data and a list of pages throughout the entire website.
Users can also grab a spreadsheet of all events, from all calendars on the website. Having this sort of data to hand is great for importing into third-party systems or for constructing detailed reports.
Export Page Information
To download a spreadsheet containing all page ID, title, status, created date, go-live date, archived date, updated date, name of the user who updated the page last, keywords assigned to a page, page description and any friendly URLs:
- Select Export Data from the Website tab.
- From the drop-down, click Content information.
A spreadsheet containing page information will download to your browser's default location for downloads. Typically, this is your My Downloads folder.
Export Form Submission Data
To export all data submitted for a particular form:
- Select Export Data from the Website tab.
- From the drop-down, click Form submissions.
- A window displaying a list of forms on your website will appear.
- Click on a form title to select
- You can set a date range to filter the export. Leaving the date fields blank will output all submissions.
- Select whether you would like a download the submission data as a CSV or ZIP file.
- CSV will contain a list of the submissions which can be opened in excel. Any uploaded files can be accessed using the link in the data.
- ZIP will save a zipped file containing the CSV, plus a folder for each submission containing the individual submission information, and any uploaded files.
- When you click download the spreadsheet will be saved to your browser's default location for downloads. Typically, this is your My Downloads folder.
Export Calendar Dates
To download a spreadsheet containing calendar event ID, event title, description, start date, end date, start time, end time, and linked calendar name:
- Select Export Data from the Website tab.
- From the drop-down, click Calendar events.
- A spreadsheet containing events and the calendar will download to your browser's default location for downloads. Typically, this is your My Downloads folder.
