The Calendar Sync option allows you to link up an Office 365 or Google calendar to your website, so that events on your website calendar are kept up to date automatically.
This is an additional feature and will need to be enabled. Please get in touch to talk to us about us switching this on for your website.

- Follow the on-screen instructions and fill in all required fields to link your external account and give the website access to the events in your external calendar.
Managing the calendars
Now that your account is linked to the site, you're going to have to set which website calendars will contain the imported data, as well as which one of your calendars you would like to pull through.
- Go to the Website Tab> Calendar Sync> Manage Calendars
-
On the left, choose which category within your website calendar you would like your Synchronised Calendar to pull through to.
- On the right you can select the type of calendar you are synchronising from, and use the dropdown to choose the calendar that you would like to synchronise into the selected website calendar.
- Ensure that you scroll down on the right and click Save at the bottom of the window.
Synchronising your Calendars
You can now run the synchronisation for the first time.
- Click on the Synchronise Now button under the Calendar Sync menu
- A dialog will appear showing whether the synchronisation was successful
Automating the Synchronisation
IMPORTANT! Once you have set up the synchronisation, please let us know so that we can set your synchronisation to happen automatically, so you won't have to follow the last step to manually synchronise the events every time you make a change.
