With Location Manager, you can copy a page and have it displayed in another location on your website
Additional Page/Content Locations
The Location Manager allows you to duplicate pages, photo albums and news articles, and then place them in another area of your website. When the original item is updated, all copies of the item will also be updated.
- Navigate to the item you would like to duplicate.
- Select Location Manager from the Edit tab. The Location Manager dialogue window will appear. In the left-hand column, the primary location for your page is displayed.
- Using the sitemap in the right-hand column, navigate to the area where you would like a copy of the item to appear.
- Click to highlight the location and press Add to create a new copy of the item in that area. The left-hand column will display additional locations of your page.
Click the save button on the Edit Tab and choose the desired save option.

Save Now
- If you see this option, you are able to save and publish your item immediately to make it live on the website.
- If you have purchased our School News Mobile App, Administrators or Publishers will also be able to tick the option to send a notification to subscribed app users.

Save Draft
- This will allow you to save your item without publishing it, and return to continue editing via the Drafts button on the Home Tab

Send for Approval
- This option enables you to send an item to be reviewed and approved by either an Administrator or Publisher. Once approved this item will be made live on the site.
Removing Additional Page/Content Locations
- Navigate to the duplicated item.
- Select Location Manager from the Edit tab. The Location Manager dialogue window will appear. In the left-hand column, the primary location and additional locations are displayed.
- Click on the additional location in the left-hand column and press Remove.
Click the save button on the Edit Tab and choose the desired save option.
