How to Contact the Website Support Team
Contact us via Chat
When logged in as an admin, you might see a Support bubble at the bottom left of your website. You can use this chat function for assistance.
If the chatbot cannot resolve your issue, you will have the option to either raise a ticket or speak with a member of the team.
Raise a Ticket via the website
When you are logged into your website as an admin, within the CMS under the HELP tab you will see a Contact Support button:
This option will enable you to submit a ticket which will be sent through to the main support que.

Service Level Agreement
We aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours. While we strive to fully resolve all queries within 7 working days, many are resolved within 24-48 hours.
